Add basic VehicleTypeRef-field #869
Description
The task is to add a simple input field for VehicleType that generates a VehicleTypeRef on ServiceJourney (or maybe DSJ if enabled in export).
The input should just be free-text for now. Allow the user to put anything there.
This feature should only be rolled to Staging.
