Auto payments After marking posts

When i do my duty and check the links
and something is wrong i place some text
inside the date field.
the most common once.
Post to old = PTO
Plagiarism = P

It would be nice to run a file
that sees these entries and act accordenly
with a refund and certain wallet memo.
Then deletes them so the db is ready
to run AutoVoter.
