Description (optional)

We a have a huge form with accordions, lots of fields. The issue is floating, has no clear and stable steps to reproduce. Also it's reproduced only in dev mode(with some visual feedback) and while automation testing (tracking it via logger)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open form
2. Open PickerInput menu

Actual result

Shows ResizeObserver runtime error

Expected result

Should not show any errors
