Windows build not possible

Hi,

I tried to build this module on a recent Windows 10 64bit machine with Visual Studio 2022 Community Edition and EPICS 7.0.8, but it is not possible due to missing sed for Windows:

Expanding siteEnvVars.substitutions from CONFIG_SITE_ENV.... Der Befehl "sed" ist entweder falsch geschrieben oder konnte nicht gefunden werden.
