Please ignore Connect ID 6806962114 from rules 31 and 32.

HFH team confirmed confirmed that the blood and urine linked to the participant did indeed belong to them. The HFH team does manual entry of clinical backend data into their SMS as backup in case of issue with data import from the E.H.R. In this case, there was an issue with the data import and information was not automatically stored in the SMS. The team member doing the manual backup entry accidentally scanned the Connect labels instead of the accession IDs from the clinical labels into the SMS, which were then sent to C4CPDS via API.
