List of pending PDR updates prior to launch

Hi Ben, As discussed on our call here is the list of items needed for the PDR:

1. Finish building out the eRA sign-in page

2a) Concept form should auto-populate with users eRA information
2b) Concept form should auto-populate with information for requested study
2c) Update the concept form to create separate fields for requestors name - i.e., First Name, Last Name, Email, Institution. Add a + radial button to allow adding additional requestors.
2d) Remove unneeded text "Provide enough detail so contributing cohorts can assess whether Aims (i) align with participant consents and (ii) overlap with other cohort projects. Please list all planned analyses."
2e) Warning message should be generated when requestors propose study type that conflicts with IC data use restrictions
2f) Remove sections on "Timeline" and "Authorship"

3a) Include the DACC concept soring page. The only DACC members are expected to be Geoff and Rebecca.
3b) The concept scores can be 1-Approve, 2-Approve Pending Additional Information, 3-Reject
3c) Build publicly accessible table of showing concepts and their final DACC score. For now, let's only show concepts that have either a score of 1-Approve or 3-Reject. This table should allow the concepts to be previewed (similar to preview slides window on the Confluence Events page).

4. Build an app that allows data to be copied to a Box folder that will be shared with approved requestors. The app need to annotate the Box Description Field with the File ID and Version ID from which the data are being copied
