fix the many places that use the string 'FIX THIS', 'Sefaria', or have Hebrew text

This is a placeholder that probably needs to be broken out into more tasks.

1. I've added the prefix "FIX THIS" to a lot of strings, but have probably missed some. Some of the flagged ones may be fine and could just have the prefix removed, but most need to be altered. Currently these files have FIX THIS prefixes:
   - locale\en\LC_MESSAGES\django.po
   - reader\views.py
   - static\js\HomeFeed.jsx
   - templates\static\about.html
   - templates\static\home.html

2. Related, the string "Sefaria" is scattered throughout and I don't believe I've flagged all the places.

3. I've updated a tiny set of the Hebrew strings in the product, but only a small fraction of them. In addition to just turning 'Sefaria' into 'Toratah' and updating our descriptive text throughout, there's an opportunity to regender the imperative verbs from masculine to feminine.
