No corresponding pip installer

I was trying to install this package for use in my python environment. I observed that there are a couple of python packages uploaded to PyPi which are just forks of this repo and they are not well maintained. Such as this.

Can an official pypi package be made for this page to ease installation and also for better maintenance?
