[Claude Code] Frequently stuck on tool use feature.

The claude code often stucks at some basic tool use step. Such as todo, git or Write file.

It will enter an infinite loop like this:

Are you seeing any errors in the server log?
Also try --verbose it might lead us to something

The server log looked good. Maybe there is something different between the Copilot-API json response and the Official Claude API json response, especially related to tools.

Hey I just want to give you an update on this
I never experienced similar issue. But I'll be honest, I've only been using Claude Code with GPT-4.1 and it kinda sucks :(

I'll keep playing around with it and see if it has something to do with the translation implementation
Maybe I'll add some tests for real this time

GPT-4.1 is the most basic model. claude-4-opus and claude-4-sonnet performs much better in Claude Code, because they are optimized for coding and tool using.
