Using the sweep in the Signal Generator mode is nonpractical since one cant set a starting frequency, one has to set a time for ?the entire sweep? (does not seem to be the case for "per measurement/dwell time" nor "X sweep points are going to take Y seconds").
If i had the intention to sweep signals with frequencies between 800MHz and 1.2GHz, at the moment i have no option but to set 1.2Ghz as the span, set the sweep points to a max, set some weird time parameter which doesnt seem to be accurate, to then watch how 0-800MHz are being covered by the sweep only for a fraction of the 450 Sweep points to cover the desired frequency band.
A feature to include a starting frequency and possibly a dwell time or some other way to set the increments for each point would be wonderful.
