Tab Highlight on New Text

Any chance that when new text comes into an unfocused tab, that hasn't been undocked, the tab name could be highlighted in some color? This would be super handy for seeing when a new tell comes in if your watching you LS, or LS2 chat when not looking at it for instance.

Going to work on this option, currently this feature is already included with the 'Tell' window, so would just have to rewrite it to carry over to other tabs.
