Variable geometry

• Include function to read and update geometry at a given time interval
• Fill variables DUVTS in new grid cells
• Update other variables in new grid cells
• Test fill values that produce smallest kick
• Optionally temporarily reduce time step / parameter nu / reduce time interval for updates
