Add explicit option to scale quantities by calibration

Currently (for example) skyvar and skybrite are taken as-is, but these could be scaled by the photometric calibration to put on a consistent scale. We need to add explicit options, and allow both to be computed. Perhaps wmean and wmean-scale and min and min-scale, etc?
