Set Editstep & Quantization To 0-32, +1|-1, Power of Two Above|Bellow

I imagine that when Editstep and Quantize values are linked, editing feels more efficient.
However, regarding Quantize being enabled or disabled,I think it's best not to change it.
Users can toggle it whenever they like.

The maximum value for Quantization is 32 and the maximum value for Editstep is 64.
When dealing with values greater than 33, it is best to leave the Quantization value at 32 and allow the Editstep value to operate between 33 and 64.
