Tag search should sort by most matches #22
Description
Following on from the PR for fixing tag searches (#21), I think this one would be good practice. TDD can be used, building on test/api/search.test.ts
At the moment I can't commit to this, but it's a nice-to-have and could be a good "first ticket" for anyone interested in helping this project and learning some fp-ts :)
