Add Serbian language (sr-RS) support

Feature description

Please add Serbian language (sr-RS) support for speech recognition and TTS.

Currently Croatian is the only similar option but it sounds unnatural
to Serbian speakers and is hard to understand, especially for children.

Serbian has 10 million speakers in Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro.

Microsoft EdgeTTS already supports:

• sr-RS-NicholasNeural (male)
• sr-RS-SophieNeural (female)

Use case: building Xiaozhi AI chatbot for grandchildren aged 6-9.
They need to hear natural Serbian to understand and enjoy it.
