Out of date dependencies, no longer possible to build on linux

Hi, I ran the prerequisites script. I managed to install an older version of libwebkit2gtk-4.0, but then i hit this problem:

Unsatisfied dependencies:
 libfreetype6-dev : Depends: libfreetype-dev (= 2.11.1+dfsg-1ubuntu0.3) but 2.13.3+dfsg-1build1 is to be installed
Error: Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting decisions:
   1. libfreetype6-dev:amd64=2.11.1+dfsg-1ubuntu0.3 is selected for install
   2. libfreetype6-dev:amd64=2.11.1+dfsg-1ubuntu0.3 Depends libfreetype-dev (= 2.11.1+dfsg-1ubuntu0.3)
      but none of the choices are installable:
      - libfreetype-dev:amd64=2.11.1+dfsg-1ubuntu0.3 is not selected for install

and now i'm stuck. forcing install of the older version of freetype just breaks Cairo instead

if anyone knows where i can get a prebuild of the standalone for linux that would be a great
