uxSelect function expansion

Due to the massive usage and quote of 'selected' function in codes. I decided take this problem seriously and make a direct correlation function in index-ux.js called 'uxSelect' and expected to expand this function to other function section like tag and fs and more. Futhermore, not only handle selected data but integrate with selection function if possible.
I will do this at the next branch if no one do it for me.
