Email Recovery Issues

• Only works on Base and Base Sepolia.
• Only accounts installed OwnableValidator can enable email recovery.
• Missing a state after request recovery is sent, which causes users to be able to submit the request again after refreshing the page.
• After the confirmation email for configuring recovery is sent, an error may occur in the response. In this case, the user interface gets stuck at “Waiting for Guardian Confirmation” and the user needs to uninstall email recovery and configure it again.
