I followed the instructions given in the https://ethaizone.github.io/Bootstrap-Confirmation/#](page), but can't see the confirmation popup.

Probably you're using Bootstrap 3.x in your project and this plugin is built using Bootstrap 2.
Follow this link to see a version of the same plugin for Bootstrap 3.x.
