• @xinbenlv recommended prioritizing pull requests and reaching out to the community to understand the interests and priorities.
• @SamWilsn will create an Issue template for creating Call for Input
• @xinbenlv will create a Call for Input for Update EIP-152: Fix reference test ethereum/EIPs#8390
