Summary

1. Discuss Open Issues/PRs, and other topics

Should Proposed be a formal status?

• @SamWilsn recommended Proposed to be a tag but not "Status" as the status is for the document itself.
• @g11tech has no strong opinion, fine with a new status as well.
• @poojaranjan is hoping to have a discussion on the ACD meeting in future as it's specific to Core EIPs.

EIPIP has gone on “forever”, not clear what the use is. Idea: consider a different approach to implement process changes going forward.

• @poojaranjan thinks that Process Improvement is a vital and ongoing process, and should not be stopped anytime soon.
• @SamWilsn thinks we need to continue to have EIPIP meetings to deal with things as they come up in a similar fashion ACD meetings are organized. Open to renaming the meeting but would like to keep the regular meetings to keep things moving.
• @g11tech and @xinbenlv are also in favor. Open to changing the name, time, and day but would like to meet editors every once in a while.
• @g11tech wanted to check if any open issues haven't been resolved for core devs, if so, we should prioritize that.
• We hope to learn more about present concerns by following discussion in the ACD meetings.

• This proposal contains a link outside the EIP repository which is discouraged. Sometimes projects may receive advantage from getting added to the EIP main document. To avoid promoting any specific project, @SamWilsn suggests not updating the link. Also, it can't be copied as it is GPL.
• @xinbenlv does not share the reason, but supports closing.
• Update ERC-6672: Update erc-6672.md to fix author handle ethereum/ERCs#396 - Closed
• Update ERC-2135: fix some typos ethereum/ERCs#304 - Merged
• Updating multiple ERC at once, present editors find it okay to merge.

How to create a more inclusive environment to increase community participation for upcoming proposals?

• A new study group has been started in association with WiEP to consider Issues of eipw repo.
• Many thanks to @SamWilsn who is helping contributors to understand bots and make a PR with the proposed solution.

Web Page Rendering to include EIPs, ERCs, RIPs

• No response from the RIP team yet to add needed files to the repo.
• eips.ethereum.org renders EIPs & ERCs very well.

Working Group Charter

No new update.

3. EIPs Insight - Monthly EIPs status reporting.

• Good to see decreasing numbers of open PRs & Issues
• Detailed report can be found at EIPsInsight.com, Hackmd.
