Integrate with retesteth tool #110
Description
Retesteth is a nice tool to test Ethereum clients. Nice, but not yet finished :)
In order to run that tool with minimal functionality on top of Harmony a part of RPC methods must be implemented. All RPC methods that are needed to fully support Retesteth are enlisted here, minimal implementation requires method with numbers 1 to 6 and 8 to 9.
