SolidityCompiler class missing

Hi! Where can I find a jar or what dependency should I add to my project to actually have a SolidityCompiler class?
Adding solcJ-all 0.4.24 dependency adds nothing but a class containing the version number. Ok, there is the binary also but the above mentioned wrapper class is totally missing

But you maybe right and we should think about maintaining that class and its dependencies within the compiler binaries.
