App slows down, freezes, or crashes after scanning a certain amount of pages #107

Hello, thank you for making this open-source document scanning app. It has been very useful. However, I found out that whenever I scanned a specific number of pages for a document, the app would slow down, freeze, or crash. The number of pages depends on the phone's RAM size. When I tried a phone with smaller RAM, it typically crashes around 18 pages. On the other phone I tried, which has a larger RAM, the app starts to freeze around 65 pages.
I suspect that the bug may be caused by loading too many images in the memory, which left little room for the remaining operations. One suggested fix is to change the way the content of a document is displayed, which can be showing the pages in a list view instead of loading the images of every page after opening the document to work on.
