Issue Description

In the past 2 days we synchronized our testnet blockchain op stack to sepolia but sometimes there are missing balances, reduced, and sometimes there are undetected. we have also launched a blockchain explorer based on blockscout. but in the Txn Batches section it cannot broadcast hash output, and in the contract section for reading and writing there are
errors: "unable_to_decode"

Solved thank you, for now my one question:

for example all transactions in 1 block have 100tx and get 1 ETH GasFee, then the fee will go to the L1FeeVault Contract in L2 or where? is it like this or the GasFee will be fully burned? thankyou.
