Issue Description

Hello, I have referred to the following guide.
https://docs.optimism.io/operators/chain-operators/tutorials/create-l2-rollup#op-node
However, I used the v1.13.2 tag instead of the tutorial tag. When I proceed with the following command, the following error occurs.
Isn't the key below the sequencer key of envrc?
Please give me a solution guide. Thank you.
And used the same l1.beacon url address and l1 address. Will there be a problem? Please reply. Thank you.

I think your jwt.txt is different between op-node and op-geth
