Review install.conf for hard coded references to local directory

Originally, install.conf.yml assumes executing directory to be ~/.dotfiles.local. Need to review places where these hard coded paths exist and figure out how to derive the path from the executing directory.

Note
This might be related to how symlinks are setup since they were done using full paths.
