Docker: "network pool-network not found"

Hello, I'm trying to simply run ./pool_start.sh

A few times it worked, but most of the time I get errors such as here:

I'll see if I can debug and find out more, but I thought maybe someone has an idea.

@peacekeeper There have been several updates to the docker part of these environments. Is this still an issue, or can we close out this ticket?
