[Feature] Create an ID object #2
Description
Provide a object/struct named ID and focus ID modification on them. Function should move:
- InsertSuffix(suffix string, fixed ...bool)
- InsertPrefix(prefix string, fixed ...bool)
- String() string
- Bytes() []byte
- Length() int
