Plasma Coil has problems on Oozla

I found out that the Plasma Coil on Oozla works normally vanilla, so I don't know why it doesn't work correctly in the Archipelago.

Just tested on my system to make sure and can confirm Plasma Coil does, in fact, work on Oozla in vanilla.

I installed v0.2.0 of the APWorld, and the Oozla Plasma Coil Bug occurs here. I attempted loading v0.1.0, but couldn't get it working at the time. I'll attempt to get that older version installed for testing, just in case.
