[Feature-Request] Option to start with a specific amount of Raritanium

There are 3 things I really don't like to do all the time I start a run.
1st: The Clank sections
2nd: The Perfect Ship Races
3rd: Farming Raritanium for the "Fusion laser Cannons" (Basic Ship weapon)

The 1st and 2nd is already avoidable (Thanks for this), but the 3rd sadly is not. Could you please give us the option to start with a specific amount of Raritanium or specific Ship Upgrades?
