warning after install ruby 2.1.1

i do this:
$ rvm install 2.1
and after
$ rvm use 2.1 --default

• Failed to load /home/kostya/.gemrc because it doesn't contain valid YAML hash

i just remove the /home/kostya/.gemrc and well ok!
but it is right?

Ruby 2.1 is not supported anymore. Is it still actual or can I close it?
