Seed Data

This application does not have seed data which can be useful in the development process and I would like to create it.

This will be my logic:

• I am thinking of creating 2 users. One will post bounties while the other will take those bounties.
  While anyone can create a bounty, I think if we assign a user a role this would simplify things.
• Create 15 bounties where each will have random status.
