Sound Options - not remembered between playsessions

Sound volume changes are not remembered between play sessions. Make an .ini file to store sound options?

Change the default Backround music slider value to 0.60, for a more balanced default audio experience.

Could add a "Reset to Defaults" button to the current dev style alt+o menu: all these intricate sound options may be dev only once the original options menu is incorporated properly to the end user. Suggestion: create an .ini file for an end user to edit all the "dev" audio sliders themselves if they so wish ("player footsteps", "other footsteps", etc).
