DB_HOST_OVERRIDE overrides DB_HOST variable

Hi team,

When I try to use an external database I got an error:
Error: you need to provide a host and port to test.
The issue the DB_HOST_OVERRIDE variable in seosnap-dashboard/docker-compose.yml overrides the DB_HOST variable from .env.example.

Could you fix please?
