Re-enable KeyMap window move example #16
Description
This example has been hid because its KeyMap fetaure is broken according to extnet/Ext.NET#1466:
http://localhost:51299/Examples/Keys/Panel_Keys/Window_Size/
When the issue is fixed, enable back the example.
The issue was found on #15 item 354.
