RTL support #26
Description
Chips and ChipsTextView does not work with RTL (Hebrew show nothing in ChipsTextView) when you use non RTL system language (e.g. English)
ChipsEditText works (show characters)

If you use normal LTR text, it's visible, but when you use Hebrew (RTL text) it's not shown in ChipsTextView.
