Compose state explanations

Would you mind to add better explainations about what is compose state?
To me it doesnt make any sence, overall when its the default state value.

I appreciate your interest for the repo.
The idea is straightforward. A state is a set of applications and repo. https://github.com/faan11/flatpak-compose/blob/main/internal/model/state-definition.go

The file state contains the applications and repos defined in your compose file. The system state contains the applications and repos installed in the system. The compose state ( i think a proper name is Shared state ) is the intersection between the file and the system state. Its contains the repos and applications that are present in both file and system state.

The compose state ( or system-compose in the README) is useful when you wish to update part of your system (what it is in common basically) and not to replace the entire system (which it might be dangerous). I think i could rename it to "shared" state for the next release to clarify it. All these states name were the result of a brainstorming of mine.

In the latest version (v0.3.0), i've changed the compose state into shared state. I also tried to emphasize more "desired state" than the "compose state", that i think is more clear.
