CRA and NPM lifecycle scripts...

Hi all,

I have a custom CRA template that I have been developing and I am trying to use the prepare NPM lifecycle script to automatically install some git hooks during the bootstrap. I have the prepare script defined in my template.json.

Using npx create-react-app, the prepare script is not being run. However, using yarn create react-app, the prepare script is being run.

Essentially, it is working how I expect using yarn create, but not using npx.

Could I be doing some wrong, or is this perhaps a bug with CRA that needs reporting?
