Difference between checkpoint models

Hi, thanks for providing code and checkpoints.

I was trying to figure out what is the difference between ResNet-50 Baseline and the FixResNet-50 checkpoints. From the table models are evaluated at different resolutions but I'm not sure how the training process differs.
