error when load libbleu #138
Description
i download libbleu file and put it under path /fairseq/clib/.
but error occurs when call for the file
error info:
OSError: ../NLPCC_2018_TASK2_GEC-master/CS2S+BPE+Emb/software/fairseq-py/fairseq/clib/libbleu/libbleu.cpp: invalid ELF header
