Fine tuning on images with large number, small masks

Thanks for this amazing work.
I want to finetune sam3 on images that has alot of masks "same object" where those masks are so small.
I succeeded in segmenting some of the masks after finetuning but the problem is each image in the dataset that i have finetuned on doesnt contain all the masks.
How to fix this issue? I want to get all the masks in an image not only some of them.
