I actually emailed the authors about this to get a clear answer.

Short version: there’s no commercial license, and it’s intentional.

Here’s what they told me:

Thanks for your interest! The CC BY-NC license is intentional, as we want this model to be used for neuroscientific discovery rather than for commercial applications. Therefore there are no plans for a commercial license.

So yeah — doesn’t look like commercial use is something they’re open to right now.
