Allow user created card packs.

I think it would be awesome if we could make it so that users could create entire card packs on their own.

I'm not sure exactly the limitations on how the information can be accessed from AltSpace - but if you look at sites like cardcast they have a way to create card packs and then use them elsewhere.

Maybe an option would be to create a site sort of like that, and allow card packs to be hosted on that site, and when a user starts a game they have options of which card packs to use.

Definitely a work in progress enhancement suggestion, as there would be a lot to do to make it work.

For my own notes. There seem to be two relevant endpoints:

• GET https://api.cardcastgame.com/v1/decks/[id]/calls
• GET https://api.cardcastgame.com/v1/decks/[id]/responses

Those return arrays of black and white cards respectively, whose text property is an array of card segments separated by the blanks. These would need to be reformatted to render to a card. I.e. {"text": ["Vladmir Putin's favorite dish is ", " stuffed with ", "."]}
