Support for V2 API

Some of the endpoints from the v2 api are useful but not integrated to the v3 api (such as getting stops nearby, or pretty much anything with using position to get relative POI's). I'm also not that familiar with the api so if theres a way to do this without having to use an older version let me know, otherwise I'm happy to work on it myself.

Hi! Position related things should be entirely doable (in fact we've already got ~probably fine~ support for Outlet by lat,long, but stops are still in the works. I'm more than happy to look at implementing V2 support if there is demand for it, but there should be ways to do what you want to once I've finished writing the last few functions.
