Feature Request: Meeting Countdown in Menu Bar

Use Case

Display an upcoming meeting countdown in the menu bar as a reminder to both attend the meeting and to use Hyprnote to record it.

Desired Behavior

• Show the meeting name and time until the next meeting in the menu bar next to the Hyprnote icon
• Format: {} Meeting Name in X mins
• Example: {} Client meeting in 5 mins

Benefits

• Serves as a visual reminder for upcoming meetings
• Prompts the user to start recording with Hyprnote
• Always accessible without opening the app

Implementation Considerations

1. Tray title text: Tauri's TrayIcon::set_title(&str) on macOS displays text beside the icon in the menu bar. This is the simplest path — no new windows or overlays needed.

2. Countdown logic location: Could live in:

   • Rust side (recommended): A background task in the tray plugin that periodically queries upcoming events via the calendar crate and calls tray.set_title(). This avoids dependency on the webview being active.
   • Frontend side: Use useNow() pattern + TinyBase event data to compute countdown, then invoke a new Tauri command to update tray title. Simpler but requires the main window to be loaded.

3. Event data access: The tray plugin currently has no dependency on the calendar plugin. To query events from the Rust side, you'd need to either:

   • Add tauri-plugin-calendar as a dependency of tauri-plugin-tray, or
   • Create a new dedicated plugin/module that bridges both, or
   • Use Tauri's event system to push upcoming event info from the calendar plugin to the tray plugin.

4. Update frequency: The useNow() hook in the frontend updates every 60s. For a countdown, you'd want similar cadence (every 30-60s) from a Rust tokio::time::interval task, similar to the recording animation loop in refresh_icon().

5. Calendar sync prerequisite: Events must be synced to the local DB first. The existing CalendarChangedEvent can trigger a re-query of upcoming events for the countdown.

6. Configuration: The user's selected calendars (tracked in TinyBase calendars table) determine which events to consider. The is_all_day and status fields should be used to filter out irrelevant events.
