Rulemakings datatable refinements #7051
Description
Summary
Post-launch refinements and a placeholder ticket to add any issues that come up post-launch for rulemakings datatable. Some may spin off into separate tickets.
What we're after:
- Create re-usable functions for rendering document containers
- Refine other redundant code where it makes sense to do so
- Move column definitions to its own module file so it can be more easily tested ?
- Or create a separate legal-columns.js for rulemakings and any other legal datatables that could potentially be moved to jq datatables format
