Regulations links from previous years not redirecting to current years

When searching google results for eregs application URL links, I discovered a number of cited regulations that are now 404-ing due to to the year being in the link. The 404 page also doesn't allow the user to return to fec.gov, and doesn't have the look and feel of the rest of fec.gov.

Rides from the polls are not exempt under the regulations. That could explain why Uber is not offering a ride back. The regulation is § 114.4(d) https://www.fec.gov/regulations/114-4/2018-annual-114#114-4-d.
