Feature request: Exclude certain pages

Certain pages clutter up the views - in particular things like "Welcome Visitors" and "Scratch" pages. It would be good to be able to exclude them from the activity-plugin display using something like:

EXCLUDE page-slug

There seems to be a plugin rendering / redraw issue - here is the recipe to replicate:

1. Go to http://david.bovill.me/view/welcome-visitors
2. Select [[My Cards]] Link
3. Some times the Activity Plugin does no render the recent changes, if it does not click on the link above a second time.

Page Activity
excluding neighborhood

when displaying results from

ROSTER all
CONVERSATION
NARRATIVE 

It would be better if instead of "excluding neighborhood" the plugin displayed "from roster"

@WardCunningham and myself discussed adding this feature while working on the recent update.

In conversation with @commonify about the upcoming publication and wider sharing of http://mustersprache.commoning.wiki/ we also found that it can be useful to exclude certain pages from http://mustersprache.commoning.wiki/seitenverzeichnis.html like

• Welcome Visitors
• Graph Templates
• Lineup Diagrammed

Additionally it could be nice to exclude pages by globbing, e.g. for all * Diagram pages similarly to what we already have for all * Template pages.

I'm leaving this as a note here to see, how this could be implemented. If I'm curageous, I might as well try it myself, but would need minimal pointers at what to look for in the code, and where to begin.

I would be in favor of creating a Table of Contents plugin that uses the same sort of schema definition used in algorithmic diagrams. Of course one could just write the page and have exactly what they want and update it whenever it changes.
